Kirsten came to NWIS with 11 years of human resources manager experience. With a focus on employee retention through policies and procedures, she has provided the NWIS team with proven practices. These have enhanced our understanding of roles and responsibilities creating greater appreciation and recognition of accomplishments.

A Washington County native, Kirsten enjoys attending concerts with her son and is happiest at the Oregon coast with her husband and dog.
